Lets End The Stigma Around Anxiety


Anxiety has, for a long time, been seen as something to be ashamed of, something you hide, manage quietly, or just push through. It’s often unfairly viewed as a weakness.

But this silence does real damage to the people who suffer from it.

Did you know that nearly 75% of UK adults say they felt anxious in the past two weeks, and that one in five of them felt that way most, or all, of the time? With many of us turning to anti anxiety on medication just to function.


Yet it’s still considered embarrassing to admit we struggle.

👉 Anxiety doesn’t make you weak, it just means life feels heavy sometimes.


👉Medication is okay, if it helps you function, sleep better, reconnect with yourself.


👉Speaking up isn’t a burden, it might be the break someone else needs.
